Spins in your account, then on the reels
Players often worry the spins vanished; this order shows where each one waits.
No deposit first, deposit after
Two rows sit on the screen: 15 spins with no deposit on Razor Shark, or 129 with a deposit on Wanted Dead or a Wild. Read the minimum deposit before you choose.
Register with your e-mail
Fill in the short form with your e-mail address, since that is what you log in with. One account per player, so do not open a second one to chase another offer.
Getslots Casino bonus tab
Open the bonus section of your account and enter the code shown with your chosen offer, such as GETFRESH or GETDEP1. Each code lives only for its own activation days, so do it the same day.
Loading your first spin
Load the exact slot printed beside your offer instead of any favourite of yours. Spins on another game stay locked, and Razor Shark plays at NZ$0.10 a spin, so the stake is fixed for you.
What your spins are worth
Face value, expected win, wagering
Each row multiplies the spin count by the spin value, applies the slot RTP for an expected win, then applies the wagering to that win. Treat it as an estimate.
Without paying
15 × NZ$0.10 = NZ$1.50 → about NZ$1.45 (RTP 96.7%) → NZ$1.45 × 40x = NZ$58.00 · max cashout NZ$50
By the end you will know what your spin winnings must clear before any cash leaves the account.
Above NZ$50 stays, below it leaves
Spins without deposit carry a ceiling of NZ$50 on what you may take out, so winnings above that figure stay behind even after the wagering is done.
Clear the multiple first
Winnings from the no-deposit spins face a 40 times wagering requirement before you may withdraw, and the welcome spins behind the code GETDEP1 ask for 36 times on deposit and bonus.
Your three-day window
You get 3 days to clear the wagering on no-deposit winnings, while winnings from the code GETDEP1 spins give you 57 days from the moment they land.
While you are mid-wagering
Spun amounts land in the bonus balance as bonus money, not spendable cash, and they stay there until the wagering of 40 times on those no-deposit winnings is fully met.

Small deposit versus larger one
These tiers run weekly on Hot 27 at NZ$0.10 a spin; the same slot pays out 30 spins from NZ$25, 100 from NZ$75 and 250 from NZ$150.

Your daily wheel turn
Spin the wheel once a day and up to 100 spins may land among the prizes. Whatever comes up still follows the terms attached to that prize.
Six usual reasons
Why did my spins disappear?
Reach for this the moment a spin balance looks smaller than you expected, or empty.
After the day has passed
Spins expire if they are not claimed inside their window, and the no-deposit batch lasts 1 day, so a slow start quietly removes them from the account.
Were they ever claimed?
Spins sit waiting under the bonus area of your account until you open each one manually, so an untouched list still shows zero on the reels.
You gain them on one slot
Each batch is tied to one named game, and opening a different title shows nothing; go back to the slot printed with that offer to find the count.
When you play from abroad
Offers here are aimed at New Zealand players, and a player registered elsewhere may see the promotion advertised but find no spins attached to the account.

Set your limits before the reels turn
Spins arriving in your account never oblige you to keep playing or to add money, and left over spins simply expire unseen. Limits live in your account settings, and free help sits with the Problem Gambling Foundation of New Zealand, the Gambling Helpline New Zealand and the Multi-Venue Exclusion Programme.
Loss limits. A ceiling you choose on what you can lose in a set period, so a bad run stops at your own line.
Self-exclusion. A break from the account for a stretch you pick, closing spins and deposits along the way.
Deposit limits. A cap on how much money reaches your balance, keeping spin offers from pulling in extra funds.
Worth a look whenever a spin, a win or a term leaves you with a question.
trustWhat if I invite a friend to Getslots Casino?+
Inviting a friend brings 50 spins at NZ$0.20 on Gold Rush Rival once that friend deposits at least NZ$50, and you may bring up to 10 friends. Spin winnings carry 30x wagering, the spins last seven days and the wagering 3 days, with bets capped at NZ$3.
trustWhere do the winnings of my spins go when I withdraw?+
They sit in your bonus balance until wagering is finished, then move to withdrawable cash. From there the minimum is NZ$14 and payouts take around 15 minutes, up to NZ$73,000 in total.
trustWhat happens when I decline a spin offer or its bonus money?+
Turning an offer down costs nothing and you keep playing with your own funds. Bonus money may also be removed on request, which cancels the winnings tied to it and any wagering still open.
trustDo I need to trust the licence behind Getslots Casino?+
The site runs under Gaming Control Board Curaçao licence OGL/2008/9300/760, held by Getslots Casino N.V., company number 748989, in Willemstad. That regulator oversees the terms you accept when you register.
trustWhy can I not raise or lower the stake on free spins?+
Spin value is fixed by the offer, so a 0.20 spin stays at 0.20 whatever you choose on the slot. Your own paid stakes stay separate, and bonus bets are capped per offer.
trustWhat if the value of a spin is only NZ$0.10?+
Each spin stakes that amount, so 15 spins at NZ$0.10 are NZ$1.50 of play. Winnings follow the slot's 96.7% payout estimate rather than the stake, which lands near NZ$1.45 before wagering at 40x on the winnings.
trustWhat if I want to play my spins on a different slot?+
Spins stay locked to the slot named with them, such as Razor Shark for GETFRESH or Wanted Dead or a Wild for GETDEP1. Opening another game leaves the spin count waiting, and it expires on its stated day.
